	Call to Arms (CTA) grants +1-6 to Battle Orders (BO) (Barb shout usable by any class). At level 1-20 it gives +35-92% to life/mana (+3% per level) and lasts for 35-225 seconds (+10 per level). This is one of the most powerful items in Diablo 2 and almost every build should use it.
	Call to Arms (CTA) grants +2-6 to Battle Command (BC) (Barb shout usable by any class). It gives ‘+1 To All Skills’ and lasts for 25-205 seconds (+10 per level). This shout will increase Battle Orders (BO) level so cast BC first.
	The Oculus grants 25% chance to cast level 1 Teleport when struck (Sorc skill). You can teleport anywhere on the screen, even through the walls and your minions like merc will tele with you.
